CORRIGENDA TO THE BOOK, BUTTERFLIES OF THE GARO HILLS

We have discovered that our book, Butterflies of the Garo Hills, has the following errors:

1. p. 181: Subfamily Hesperiinae should start from species no. 8 (Aeromachus jhora) rather than from 15 (Gangara thyrsis). Subfamily-level designations are correctly given in the main text.

2. p. 182: For genera listed under Lycaeninae, only Heliophorus should have been under that subfamily, the remaining genera under Polyommatinae. Subfamily-level designations are correctly given in the main text.

If you find any errors in the book that are not listed above, please bring them to our notice and we will list them here for everyone's benefit. The issue of the presumed identification errors in the book mentioned in a book review in the Journal of Threatened Taxa, written by Monsoon Gogoi, has been addressed in subsequent correspondence published in this journal (see our response, Gogoi's rejoinder and our final response).
